Work based learning is also something that businesses and community organisations can also take advantage of by the Source offering work based training opportunities to their employees which is a fabulous way to up skill their existing staff.
Anne Saleh said: "Local businesses and community organisations have a whole host of opportunities available to them in recruitment and training and it's my job to make them aware of how to access this support. Apprenticeships really are a fantastic way to develop your workforce and we are excited to be working with The Source to offer this great opportunity."

Thanks to a grant from British Land, Tinsley Forum are now able to work with the Source Academy at Meadowhall to offer help with Apprenticeships and Work Based Training for local organisations and businesses. The grant comes just at the right time for Tinsley Forum as it allows us to secure Anne Saleh's post for a year whilst being able to offer a great service in conjunction with the Source. The grant funding was a result of Tinsley Forum and the Source working closely together over many years, with Source Director Ann Cadman and British Land Communities Executive Anna Devlet being instrumental in the Forum receiving the grant, so a massive "thank you" to both Ann and Anna for all their time and effort in helping us secure the funding.
